This video pokes fun at how overweight people are perceived in public. What's going on my friends? I just wanted to shoot out a quick post about what I'm up to. It's the day before Thanksgiving and that means it's time to gear up for my annual weight purge. This year I'm going to try something different and use an iPhone app called, "The Eatery." So... starting Black Friday, I'll use this app to start a food diary using photos of what I eat. It may will take a while for me to get into the flow (excuses already) :) but I'll get there.
